# Key Responsibilities:
* Generate business through field sales by meeting potential customers and explaining Home Loan products.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
* Acquire new customers through direct sales and referrals.
* Coordinate with the Credit team for smooth loan processing and timely disbursal.
* Ensure good portfolio quality and maintain credit standards.
* Onboard new channel partners, builders, and DSAs.
* Identify and empanel new housing projects (APFs) to increase loan sourcing.
* Maintain market intelligence and strengthen the local business network.
# Required Skills
* 1–5 years of experience in Home Loan / Mortgage Sales in BFSI or NBFC.
* Experience in direct customer acquisition and channel sales is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of the local market and customer network.
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
* Strong negotiation, sales, and influencing abilities.
* Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
* Own two-wheeler will be an added advantage.
* CIBIL score should be 660 or above
