We’re looking for a passionate sales professional with experience in Home Loans/Mortgage Sales who can drive business growth, build strong channel partnerships, and achieve ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Generate home loan leads through open market, referrals & channel partners
✔ Manage the complete loan process from sourcing to disbursement
✔ Build relationships with builders, brokers & banking partners
✔ Guide customers on loan products and documentation
✔ Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 2–5 years of Home Loan/Mortgage Sales experience
✅ Strong knowledge of housing finance products
✅ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
✅ Target-driven and relationship-focused approach
