Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers with pending EMI payments.
Follow up with customers for overdue EMIs and ensure timely collections.
Maintain professional communication while resolving customer payment queries.
Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
Update customer records and payment status accurately.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: 10th Pass or Above
Age Limit: Up to 30 Years
Experience: Minimum 6 Months to Maximum 4 Years in Telecalling/Telecollection/Collections
Salary
Wadala: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Thane: ₹15,000 – ₹28,000 per month
